The safety and compliance of our products is at heart of everything we do, and we pledge to you, that under no circumstances we will we ever knowingly compromise our products safety.

A toy is totally different from so many other products on the market, your children handle and use products differently from older children and adults.

That's why, when we are developing our products in conjunction with our manufacturing partners, the first thing we consider is safety and compliance.

We will now take you through the various stages from concept to final product to show you how we ensure this.

1) We determine the age suitability of the toy and use reverse engineering to ensure compliance accordingly.

2) We design the toy to have no sharp edges or corners, and for toys intended for children under 3 years, no accessible or removable small parts.

3) We test the prototype before finalizing the design of the toy.

4) We ensure all inks and decoration are 100% non toxic.

THREE STAGE QUALITY CONTROL

All our products are visually checked at three stages during the manufacturing process:

1)     During the first stage of manufacturing.

2)     During the assembly process.

3)     During the packing process.

Any products that even appear to be potentially substandard are removed from the production or packing lines and destroyed or recycled.
